Christina Haack is a Californian born woman. She was born July 9th, 1983. She began her career in real estate after graduating from college. This is where she got to know Tarek. The couple was very successful up until 2008's market crash, when a lot of real estate investors and house flippers went bust. In the aftermath of the market crash, Tarek and Christina El Moussa were close to losing everything. After moving from a house that was costing them $6,000 a year to a place that was $700, they were close to losing all their possessions. Both their business and economy overall slowly regenerated. HGTV & Rise to Fame Tarek enlisted an acquaintance to develop the audition tapes for HGTV that featured Christina reflipping properties completely from scratch. Pie Town Productions' executives were able to access the tape. These executives were fascinated by Christina's story of love between Tarek and Christina. In 2012 the couple agreed to a formal contract with HGTV. The program "Flip of Flop" was launched on the 13th of April, 2013. Between 2013 between 2013 and 2017, the series was a hit for 7 seasons. On the show, Christina and Tarek would acquire properties, which are typically homes with a moderate income in Orange County, and would follow up with several months making improvements so that they could sell the home for a profit. Tarek concentrates on demolition and renovation while Christina is focused on designing as well as making sure the project is on time.
